1. Requirement & Vessel Selection
We start by understanding the operation, location, duration and technical requirements. Suitable vessels are identified against the required specification, operating profile, class, certification and project criteria.

2. Technical & Commercial Review
Proposed vessels are reviewed against client requirements, including technical specifications, deck capacity, propulsion, DP capability, class, certification and operational suitability. We work with owners and clients to coordinate technical and commercial information throughout the selection process.

3. Assurance & Readiness
Where required, Boxx can support vessel inspections, document and certification reviews, HSEQ assessments and pre-mobilisation assurance to establish vessel readiness before deployment.

4. Mobilisation & Operational Support
Our involvement can continue beyond charter award. We support mobilisation, port and agency coordination, logistics, local requirements and ongoing operational interfaces throughout the project.
